The Motorola V500 is a premium, tactical LTE-enabled body-worn camera engineered for law enforcement, emergency services, and high-tier private security fleets. Building on the architectural foundation of the popular VB400, the V500 introduces standalone cellular connectivity to enable real-time live streaming and direct field-to-cloud evidence uploading without needing a smartphone or a fixed Wi-Fi station. It fully integrates into Motorola’s public safety ecosystem, linking bodycam footage with fixed CCTV streams and radio dispatch networks.

Real-Time Cellular GoLive Streaming Supports real-time live video streaming over LTE, enabling authorised control-room operators and supervisors to access live footage from deployed cameras and improve situational awareness during active incidents.
Holster-Aware Sensor Triggers Compatible Bluetooth-enabled sensors can automatically trigger camera recording when configured equipment or holsters are activated, helping ensure critical incidents are captured without requiring the wearer to manually start recording.
Peer-Assisted Recording When one compatible V500 camera begins recording, nearby connected cameras can be automatically triggered to record as well, helping capture an incident from multiple perspectives and providing a more complete evidentiary record.
On-Demand Remote Offloading Critical footage can be uploaded from the field over LTE to a compatible Motorola Solutions evidence-management environment, allowing authorised personnel to access and review important video without waiting for the camera to return to a docking station.
Unified Fixed CCTV Integration Integrates with compatible Motorola Solutions video-management systems, allowing live V500 body-worn camera feeds to be viewed alongside existing fixed CCTV cameras within a unified control-room environment.
