Description

The Hytera MD625 is a commercial-grade, vehicle-mounted dual-mode digital and analogue mobile radio. Upgrading upon the core design of the MD615, the MD625 integrates a physical 1.5-inch monochrome LCD display, providing fleet operators with immediate visual identification of active channels, caller IDs, and incoming text messages.
Built to the DMR Tier II standard, it serves as an excellent mobile solution for transportation, agricultural vehicles, logistics operations, and base stations transitioning to digital communications.

Features

1.5″ LCD Display & Programmable Keys A clear 1.5-inch LCD display provides convenient access to channel names, zones, call information and text messaging. Three programmable shortcut keys can be configured for quick access to frequently used radio functions.
Detachable Control Head Supports a remote control-head installation, allowing the front control panel to be positioned separately from the main radio chassis. This provides greater installation flexibility in vehicles where dashboard or cabin space is limited.
Analogue & Digital Auto-Detect Mixed-mode operation allows the MD625 to recognise both analogue and digital signals and operate in the appropriate mode, making it easier to integrate with existing analogue fleets while transitioning to DMR digital communication.
Hytera Pseudo Trunking Pseudo Trunking dynamically uses available TDMA time slots to improve frequency utilisation. When one time slot is occupied, an available slot can be used for another transmission, helping increase communication capacity on compatible DMR systems.
Encryption & Radio Security Supports digital encryption options as well as analogue voice scrambling to provide additional privacy for operational communications. Remote radio management functions include Radio Disable (Kill), Radio Enable (Revive), Remote Monitor and Call Alert.
Multi-Site Roaming Supports automatic roaming across compatible multi-site radio networks, allowing vehicles to move between repeater coverage areas while maintaining access to the radio communication system.
Emergency & Lone Worker Functions A dedicated emergency button enables users to quickly initiate a priority distress alert. The programmable Lone Worker function can also provide an additional safety measure for employees working independently or in higher-risk environments.
