The Kenwood TKR-D710/D810 series is engineered to provide seamless, round-the-clock radio coverage under heavy operational strain. Fully compliant with the globally recognized DMR Tier II conventional standard, these repeaters utilize 2-slot TDMA technology to double your channel capacity over a single frequency without the need for expensive additional licensing. Equipped with a bright, two-digit numeric LED display, dynamic mixed-mode capabilities, and extensive interface integration ports, this series bridges the gap between old and new technology frameworks. KEY INFRASTRUCTURE FEATURES
DMR Tier II Multi-Protocol Compatibility Compliant with ETSI DMR Tier II standards, with mixed-mode analogue/digital auto-detection. Automatically identifies supported incoming signals, allowing existing analogue radios and newer digital equipment to operate through compatible repeater infrastructure.
Dual-Slot TDMA Performance Uses two-slot Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) technology to provide two independent communication paths within a single 12.5 kHz radio channel. Increases communication capacity while making efficient use of existing licensed spectrum.
Continuous-Duty Transmit Capability Designed for 100% continuous-duty operation at up to 50 W (VHF) or 40 W (UHF). A robust die-cast aluminium chassis and efficient cooling fan system help maintain reliable performance during extended periods of high communication traffic.
AIS IP Network Connectivity Supports Advanced Interface Specification (AIS) IP connectivity through applicable software activation. Enables integration with compatible dispatch systems, voice recording solutions and fleet management applications over local or wide-area IP networks.
Embedded Interface Customisation Equipped with an external D-SUB 25-pin interface connector for integration with compatible external controllers, telephone interconnect equipment, remote consoles and customised control systems.
Intuitive Front-Panel Operation Features a two-digit LED status display, six programmable function keys, an integrated speaker with independent volume control and a local microphone input for convenient operation, maintenance and on-site troubleshooting.
